It is commendable that companies spend thousands and sometimes millions of dollars on computer equipment, software, furniture, and other tangible items to improve the work environment and atmosphere. However, they overlook their most valuable asset, their employees/associates. If companies improve and maintain the morale of their employees/associates, this will increase quality, responsiveness, and the bottom line of the company assets. The objective is to focus on soft skills, not just hard ones.

Research shows that putting employees first, even before customers, could pay huge dividends. A company with highly engaged employees achieves a financial performance FOUR TIMES greater than companies with poor engagement. One study found that only 45% of Americans are satisfied with their jobs, the lowest level ever recorded. Why? It is because companies today are hyper-focused on their profits rather than their people. Or they do not realize the powerful impact an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) can have on the bottom line.

It is no secret that all companies depend on customers and clients to make profits. So why do customers and clients leave to go to another company? The primary reason is because of poor service. Customers will continue returning (repeat customers for life) because of trust and excellent service.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation will continue to change the very nature of work. With the incredible pace of change and the continual need to be adaptable, future leaders must maintain a laser-like focus on the organization's strategic objectives. Human leadership skills will be just as necessary in the intelligence revolution. People are, and remain, the most critical asset for any business.

TWS Consulting Group, Inc. would like to be your partner in success and help your organization turn its intentions into reality. Although employees and associates have had and will continue to have training, our organization pledges to be effective in training, leadership, business, and management.

Why use TWS Consulting Group, Inc.? We focus on both the Mind and Heart! The mind is the seat of intellect, and the heart is the seat of motivation.
